I am a former resident and I used to stay in this society. The security guards were very hardworking and always on duty, which made me feel very safe in the society.
When I stayed in this housing society, there were several issues that needed attention. The lifts frequently broke down, and the buttons did not work even after repairs. There were cockroaches and rats, possibly because of garbage downstairs, but cockroaches and rats were also present on the top floors. The amenities could have been better maintained. The connectivity was decent, but there were cancellations of Ola, Uber cabs, and autos. The nearby church burned a lot of trash including plastic, which was no good at all.

Everything is easily accessible, including buses and shopping malls, facilitating convenience for residents and enhancing their overall experience by providing convenient access to essential amenities and services.
There are issues with irregular garbage collection, aging infrastructure, and inadequate maintenance of the swimming pool, which is only attended to during summer months, neglecting upkeep on other days.

It's a peaceful and tranquil society with lush greenery and trees. Essential amenities like bus stops, supermarkets, vegetable markets, and clinics are within a 500-meter radius. Maintenance standards are exceptional, with well-maintained lifts and regular garbage collection. Good ventilation and air quality are ensured, along with balconies for each apartment. Amenities include a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, table tennis, squash court, kids' play area, and community hall.
Water issues have recently surfaced, posing a challenge to the community. This may impact residents' daily lives and necessitate prompt attention and resolution from the management.

The price of the properties is higher than the floor area but the location is good. There are staff quarters, intercom, and retail spaces. Security is good and so is the grand entrance.

The floor plan accommodates everything within a 1 BHK. I am also satisfied with the plan of the common and open spaces. They are well maintained by the internal staff.

This project is at a very silent and calm place where you would enjoy living with your family happily. The Apartment is between 68.0 and 134.89 square meters in size. The neighborhood is full of kind people and the parking space is ample. Transport facilities are good here. The construction is good and there is nothing to dislike about this place as the prices are reasonable and all the amenities are available at one place. Ample parking space but it would be better if it is covered.

I own a 2 BHK here and have been very satisfied with my decision. The people are happy and harmonious. The community celebrates pujas and other festivals together. This is a good project.

The project has water treatment plant, sewage disposal, and power backup facilities. My apartment also has car parking, lift, security, and CCTV surveillance. The management is good and active.

Car parking is available in the project. It is an ideal project for individuals looking to purchase luxurious apartments with all the amenities at a reasonable price. The inside roads are well developed and lit during the night. Also, there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere. Everything is within walking distance, including green parks, a gym, an ATM, food stores, and other amenities. Good connectivity with easy availability of public transport as well booking a cab is much easier as they always reach on time due to smooth traffic condition.
