Good things here
Getting around is a breeze with cabs and auto-rickshaws nearby, and booking Ola and Uber is super convenient. People in the society are really respectful, and we celebrate every festival together like one big family. The atmosphere in the city is peaceful, making it easy to form friendships. Parking is plentiful, with space for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. We have great amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area, all well-maintained. And during the summers, the swimming pool is especially enjoyable.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges here are reasonable, but we do have some issues with water access and restrictions in the swimming pool. Visitor parking tends to get congested in the city. On the bright side, our power backups are very reliable in the society.

Good things here
The community here is really tight-knit, and we celebrate every festival like one big family, whether it's Holi, Diwali, national festivals, or birthdays. It's always a blast! Getting around is easy too; we can easily book Ola and Uber for cabs and auto-rickshaws. Maintenance is top-notch, keeping everything in great shape. And we feel safe and secure, even at night, thanks to the excellent security measures in place.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are based on the size of each flat, so larger flats might have higher fees. Although amenities are provided, the maintenance could be better. Currently, the swimming pool is closed, and the gym is small. Parking areas can also get congested at times within the society.

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 4500 rupees compared to other apartments. Parking areas are very spacious, and there is a separate visitor parking area in the society. However, visitor parking is limited. Cabs and autos are easily available in the area, making it very convenient for residents, and their maintenance is well-managed and convenient.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good; there are a lot of external cracks in the walls within the society. Additionally, the greenery outside of the society is lacking and should be improved.

The water facility is very good, available 24/7, with power backups also available. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society, particularly at the designated times. People are very respectful in the society. Cabs are easily available in the city, and the availability of autos is also very convenient.

The maintenance of the society is not good. The society is facing issues that are very inconvenient, such as delayed responses to requests. Additionally, there are a lot of traffic issues outside, which is very inconvenient.

Good things here
Getting cabs and auto-rickshaws, especially in the evening, is a challenge, which can be really inconvenient. Unfortunately, there's no designated visitor parking area in the city, adding to the parking woes. Maintenance charges in the society are quite steep, around 5000 rupees. While there are public transportation options like buses, they're quite a distance away, around 3-4 kilometers. Additionally, the metro stations are still under construction and are around 4-5 kilometers away from the society.
Things need improvement
There's room for improvement in the greenery outside the society, and the parking areas within the society are often congested.

Additionally, there is a designated visitor parking area in the society. Hospitals are conveniently located within 500 meters of the society for emergencies. Security is top-notch, ensuring safety 24/7, with especially tight security during nighttime. Overall, the society is very secure. People are friendly, respectful, and highly regarded within the community.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection has certain restrictions; it must be placed at the main gate before 6 am, or else a fine of 100 rupees is imposed, which can be inconvenient. The gym is not well-equipped, and the swimming pool remains closed. Maintenance charges are high, approximately around 5000 rupees, which is a significant expense for residents.

The construction quality is very poor, with some seepage and leakage issues observed in the walls, particularly in the bathrooms. External cracks are also evident on the apartment walls. The roads within the society are not in good condition. Hospitals are located quite far from the society, approximately 3 kilometers away, which could pose challenges during emergencies.
