Security in the area is commendable, ensuring a secure environment. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, enhancing the quality of life for residents. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, indoor games area, and maintenance services are available within the estate, catering to various recreational and practical needs of residents.

Do not come to rent any apartment here of you have a 4 wheeler. Land Owner controls this building if there are individual home owners. There is regular water problem. Association is pathetic. No one will respond on time. The maintainance per month is 3k which is way high compared to the services they provide. Security is not staffed hence 3 random guys are doing the security job, they sleep at night. Theft rate is high.

There are bus stations and a train station nearby. There is a metro station nearby. The internet connection is fast and reliable. Apartments are offered at a reasonable cost here. Within a 6-kilometer radius, there are four malls. Swiggy/zomato has a plethora of eateries and selections.
