Garbage collection is efficient with separate disposal of wet and dry waste within the estate. There is a bus stop nearby, within walking distance, providing convenient public transportation options. Security in the area is commendable, ensuring a secure environment. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, enhancing the quality of life for residents. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, indoor games area, and maintenance services are available within the estate, catering to various recreational and practical needs of residents.
Things need improvement
The estate faces water logging issues in the parking area, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, the absence of nearby metro stations adds to the transportation challenges for residents. Furthermore, the lack of visitor parking within the estate creates additional inconvenience for both residents and their guests.

The cleanliness standards of the society, both inside and outside, are commendable, ensuring a hygienic environment for residents.

Additionally, the society boasts excellent maintenance facilities, including regular checkups for plumbing and electricity, ensuring that residents' complaints are addressed promptly and at reasonable maintenance charges. Amenities such as a gym, pool, play area, walking area, and clubhouse with indoor games are easily accessible and well-maintained for residents' enjoyment. Furthermore, all flats offer spacious and comfortable living environments.

The quality of the construction is unsatisfactory due to several issues, including minor seepages and poor-quality doors and windows. Additionally, the lock systems provided for the main door do not function properly, necessitating frequent replacements.

Do not come to rent any apartment here of you have a 4 wheeler. Land Owner controls this building if there are individual home owners. There is regular water problem. Association is pathetic. No one will respond on time. The maintainance per month is 3k which is way high compared to the services they provide. Security is not staffed hence 3 random guys are doing the security job, they sleep at night. Theft rate is high.

There are bus stations and a train station nearby. There is a metro station nearby. The internet connection is fast and reliable. Apartments are offered at a reasonable cost here. Within a 6-kilometer radius, there are four malls. Swiggy/zomato has a plethora of eateries and selections.
