Good things here
Maintenance of the society is very good. Management is very efficient and friendly. Facilities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and many more. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is also efficient; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. The society overall has very good amenities.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is very poor in this area because the society is far from the city. It won't be easy to reach it. The construction quality is very poor, and there are some seepage issues in the flats. No metro stations are nearby.

We have a large walking track where I enjoy evening walks, often meeting friendly neighbors for conversation. Within 1 km, there are bus stops, supermarkets, shops, a metro station, and grocery stores. The road quality is good, with ample parking and street lights within the community. The property is well-maintained, including the surrounding garden area. We have 24/7 water and electricity supply. Amenities such as a swimming pool, basketball court, gym, banquet hall, mini theater, spa, sauna room, community hall, and garden are available for residents.
Things need improvement
There are noticeable cracks on the walls throughout this society, indicating potential structural issues that need to be addressed promptly to ensure the safety and integrity of the buildings.
