Good things here
I have been living in this society for the past 5 years, and overall, it has been a positive experience. The maintenance is reliable, and the construction quality is solid, with no major issues like cracks or leaks. The amenities provided, such as the garden and gym, are well-maintained and enjoyable. The neighbourhood is very friendly and the neighbours are good and welcoming. The security measures, including CCTV coverage, are effective, and there is ample parking for both residents and guests.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is not good, making travel inconvenient. The maintenance is generally fine, but the STP water problem is there. Garbage collection is scheduled for 11 AM, which is inconvenient for me as I leave at 8 AM, so the garbage sits out for hours. This sometimes causes more delays and issues. The absence of a swimming pool is also a drawback.

Good things here
Public transport are nearby the society and its very accessible to the residents. Neighbors are very interactive and friendly. They celebrate festivals together. Society is well maintained and cleaned all the time.
Things need improvement
There are some issues of leakage and seepage in the building. Some parts also have some falling plaster issue. Amenities are they like gym, swimming pool but they are not very functional. I wanted a heated swimming pool in the society.

Good things here
There are no issues such as leaks, seepage, or cracks in the buildings. We have reliable water and electricity supply, and proper garbage collection services. Security and parking facilities are good.
Things need improvement
There was shut down due to covid so can't say anything about the connectivity of society. There was a small gym , no other amenities except this in the society. No festival celebration due to covid , no other issues.
