Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily accessible if we book Ola and Uber in the society. Water facility is very good, and power backup is reliable. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Parking area is very spacious. There is also visitor parking available in the society. Public transportation like buses is available nearby, which is convenient. read more
The construction quality is poor; there is seepage in the society, especially in this 5-year-old building where there are frequent instances of seepage. Maintenance costs are high; we are paying 14,000 rupees per month for a 4BHK in the society. The metro station is still under construction for a long time. There is a legal issue in front of the society, and some disputes in the area are affecting the society negatively. read more

There are many pets in the society, and people let their pets urinate and defecate anywhere, making it very dirty. Cleanliness is not maintained in the society. There is a major leakage issue in my flat. read more
