Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily accessible if we book Ola and Uber in the society. Water facility is very good, and power backup is reliable. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Parking area is very spacious. There is also visitor parking available in the society. Public transportation like buses is available nearby, which is convenient.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor; there is seepage in the society, especially in this 5-year-old building where there are frequent instances of seepage. Maintenance costs are high; we are paying 14,000 rupees per month for a 4BHK in the society. The metro station is still under construction for a long time. There is a legal issue in front of the society, and some disputes in the area are affecting the society negatively.

Good things here
Bachelors are allowed in the society. Water is available 24/7. There are all modern amenities, and they are well-maintained. Pets are allowed. The residents are decent, and there are no conflicts. Public transport is easily available.
Things need improvement
There are many pets in the society, and people let their pets urinate and defecate anywhere, making it very dirty. Cleanliness is not maintained in the society. There is a major leakage issue in my flat.

The maintenance charges are justified. Water supply is available 24/7. The lifts are maintained well. The residents are decent. The society has all modern amenities. Autos and public transport are easily available near the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is not good; there are many issues with seepage in various places. There is a traffic issue on the main road near the society.
