I mainly rented this apartment due to its proximity to the major points of the city. It is well-connected to Kalyan Nagar, Banaswadi, Ramamurthy Naagr and so on. It is close to the industrial area.

There are several interesting amenities which grabbed my attention towards this building. The building features a swimming pool, property staff, skating rink, toddler pool, video door security, basketball court, rainwater harvesting, and so on.

Ashwini Flora is quite a good building to live in. It is value for money with a strategic location. Both the 2BHK and the 3BHK apartments are quite spacious and ideal for middle-income families.

With the growing rental trend in Bangalore, I think Ashwini Flora is a good choice for both families and bachelors. It is spacious, affordable and comes with several facilities. Overall, I am satisfied.

Not just affordable, the building is equipped with safety features such as fire fighting system, intercom and 24/7 power supply. I have never experienced issues like shortage of water or power cuts.
