Good things here
People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.
Things need improvement
There is no parking space in the society. Water supply issues is a major problem in this society. The allignment of flats in the society are pretty conjested. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Power backup is not available in the society. Power cuts happens sometimes and it takes a long time for the electricity to come back. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society. water logging issues are faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is not good around the society. Despite of having CCTV in the society and security guards there were robbery that happens in the sociey which is not safe.

Things need improvement
The build quality is poor and unacceptable, with numerous issues such as leakage and seepage problems in the ceiling. Daily cleanliness should be prioritized, which is currently lacking. Additionally, there are people residing near the entrance, setting up tents, which creates an unhygienic atmosphere and is not suitable for living�conditions.

Public transport easily available ho jata tha. Auto, rickshaw toh mil jaate the. Market area paas hi tha. Bas ek hi achchi cheez thi ki ye metro ke paas thi society.

Maintenance ki toh wahan pareshani chalti hi rehti thi. Construction quality sahi nahi thi society ki. Kabhi kisi ke yahan chat gir jaati thi kabhi kisi ke yahan. Water supply ka issue toh kaafi tha, kisi ke yahan aa raha hai kisi ke yahan nahi aa raha. Seelan aur seepage ka bhi kaafi issue tha. Amenities jaise pool, gym, club house ye sab nahi tha society mai. Park tha bas. Neighbours bhi bade bekar the, unka natur achcha nahi tha.

The buildings are robust, free from seepage, leaks, or cracks, providing good ventilation and natural light. The neighborhood fosters a friendly atmosphere with positive social interactions and minimal noise disruptions.

The absence of amenities such as a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, or clubs in the society is disappointing, especially for families.
