The absence of CCTV cameras and elevators is a concern for security and accessibility. Additionally, the poor construction quality leading to seepage and leakage issues year-round is a significant problem. Essential amenities like gyms, swimming pools, and parks for kids are also missing, impacting the quality of life for residents.

Good things here
Transportation is good, with everything available nearby, including markets and temples. Even at 3 AM, you can find what you need. Traffic is not heavy, and two-wheeler parking is available. The construction quality is very good, and the building, though 18 years old, is strong. There is an open area and a terrace for parties, CCTV cameras on each floor, and good hygiene. People do not fight, and there is a designated area for dustbins. A park is right in front of the society.
Things need improvement
There is no car parking, so cars must be parked on the road. There are no elevators, and the building is only up to three floors. Tent arrangements are needed for parties on the terrace.
