Good things here
One of the major benefits of this society is the availability of excellent parking facilities for everyone, along with enjoyable outdoor terrace spaces. Connectivity is good due to being within walking distance of cabs, bus stops, and grocery stores. There is a good water supply, and the common areas are regularly cleaned. Overall maintenance is excellent.
Things need improvement
In this society, the lack of major amenities, limited play areas for children, and the construction quality are not up to the mark because there are some minor seepage issues.

Good things here
This is a small society located near the main road, with no overcrowding, so there are no problems with parking. There is good connectivity to all grocery, vegetable, and medical stores, which are located within walking distance. Additionally, there is easy availability of cabs and buses. Maintenance charges are reasonable, with a good water supply. Furthermore, all major festivals are celebrated within the community. The construction quality is good, with no cracks or seepage problems.
Things need improvement
The major drawback is that there is no elevator and no power backup options for residents.

Good things here
Society has newly constructed buildings, with no complaints regarding leakage problems. There are a few nearby grocery and vegetable shops. Municipal workers regularly collect garbage. Amenities such as good parking and a play area are available, and all kinds of events are celebrated within the community.
Things need improvement
The major problem with water is salty bore water. Additionally, some residents throw garbage in empty spaces within the society, unaware that municipal workers will collect it. Furthermore, the roads outside the society are in poor condition.

The only issue is that residents occasionally face drainage leaks on the society's roads due to negligence, which is inconvenient for the residents.

They need to make the children's play area better in this society because it's not safe or fun right now. They're working to improve it so kids can play safely and have more fun.

The good thing about this society is that the rent is affordable, and it is conveniently located near petrol bunks, international schools, hospitals, and the local MMTS railway station, all within a 100-meter distance. Additionally, there is a 24/7 water supply and ample parking options, and the elevators are always in working condition.
Things need improvement
This building is 20 years old, and due to its age, some issues with leakage and maintenance need to be addressed. Additionally, security measures for the society need improvement.

The people in this community are always united and actively participate in various societal matters. Maintenance is excellent, cleanliness is well-maintained, and there are no water problems for residents. Additionally, the community provides good power backup facilities. There are nearby schools, and the community celebrates all major Hindu festivals together. Additionally good parking spaces for residents.
Things need improvement
This is a small community consisting of 20 flats with limited amenities. There is no specific play area for children to play.
