Good things here
Excellent place is accessible. Suitable for senior citizen. Good market places surrounded. Neat by hospital, schools and bank easy to access. Building appearance is also good. Suitable for the residences. Delivery people reach promptly.
Things need improvement
The roads have many potholes. It becomes difficult to travel by auto and cab. Senior people get backache very fast.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepage or leakage issues in the society. Water facility is excellent, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very efficient; they separate wet and dry waste in the society. The greenery in the society is also very good.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are not available in the society. The builder promised but still has not delivered. Even lift availability is insufficient; for 4 blocks, there are only 2 lifts available, which causes inconvenience.
