Good things here
Essentials such as grocery shops and vegetable markets are located near the society. The society boasts plenty of greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere. It is situated slightly away from the main city, resulting in minimal noise pollution. Safety is ensured with CCTV surveillance covering all areas, and we also utilize app facilities for verification of people. Dedicated parking spaces are available for owners, and maintenance charges are reasonable. All festivals are celebrated within the society, fostering a strong sense of community. Social cohesion is excellent, and the management team is highly responsive to address any issues�promptly.
Things need improvement
The society is located at the end of the area, resulting in poor transportation facilities. Despite being 10 years old, the builder has not provided any amenities apart from a small playground for kids. However, the management team is now taking steps to construct amenities, which are currently under construction. The build quality is also poor, with seepage problems in the society, but the management is working to fix them. Security guards are not well-trained to manage parking areas, and allocated visitor parking is also unavailable, leading to occasional nuisances among�residents.

The quality of construction in the society was excellent, with no issues like leakage or seepage. The walls and fittings were of good standard, ensuring a high build quality overall. Garbage collection was carried out daily, maintaining cleanliness throughout the society. The society provided allocated parking for both owners and visitors, with a spacious three-level parking facility. The residents were cooperative and helpful, and security was top-notch with 24x7 security guards and CCTV coverage in all areas. Electricity supply was consistent, making it an ideal place for families to live. The maintenance charges were reasonable, and the maintenance team efficiently addressed any issues that arose in the society.
Things need improvement
The society was located a bit away from the main road, which made it challenging to access nearby facilities easily. However, Ola and Uber services were available nearby, which was convenient. Unfortunately, amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym were under construction and not functional during�that�time. Although there was a water supply problem during the summer, it was manageable with the availability�of�tankers.

The roads outside the society were well-maintained, and both the auto and bus stands were conveniently close by. Traffic problems were minimal and mostly limited to the inner parts of the society. Daily garbage collection ensured cleanliness, and all modern amenities were readily accessible. Bachelor residents were welcome, and ample parking space was provided. The flats boasted excellent ventilation, soaking in plenty of sunlight. Festivals were inclusive, bringing everyone together in joyful celebration.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, in the society, bachelors often faced unfair treatment and were viewed with suspicion by other residents. Access to amenities like the swimming pool and gym was restricted for them. Malls and restaurants were quite a distance away, approximately 3 kilometers. The presence of numerous pigeons in the society compounded cleanliness issues, making them difficult to address effectively. Additionally, there was a slight problem with seepage, causing some inconvenience to residents.

The friendly atmosphere fostered a sense of community, with everyone coming together to celebrate festivals. Flats were well-ventilated, allowing ample sunlight to brighten the living spaces. Overall, the society boasted good build quality, providing a reliable and comfortable living environment for its residents.
Things need improvement
Parking was a major problem, worsened by water leakage that damaged vehicles. Certain sections of the buildings remained incomplete post-construction. The society lacked modern amenities, and the roads outside were riddled with potholes. Accessing the main road from the society took about 25 minutes, and auto rickshaws weren't readily available nearby.

Local transport facilities such as auto cabs are readily available near the society. The quality of roads around the society is excellent, with no issues of traffic congestion. The community is comprised of friendly people, and various cultural events and programs are celebrated within the society. High-security measures have been implemented, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas. Additionally, well-maintained lifts are available�for�use.
Things need improvement
There was no nearby railway station, and bus services were also unavailable near the society. The build quality was poor, evidenced by leakage and seepage issues that owners had to address at their own expense. The building lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, playground,�or�gym.

The cooperative society has been exceptionally efficient, adding gas and water pipelines and overseeing the under-construction project. Residents benefit from the convenience of nearby auto cabs and bus stands, all within walking distance.
Things need improvement
The building was still under construction when the contractor unexpectedly disappeared. In response, the cooperative society was formed, taking over all management responsibilities. At that time, the society lacked any amenities, and there was no provision for visitor parking or power backup facilities.

Good things here
Building was really good to live as the rooms were spacious and well designed attached with balcony. There was no leakage and seepage issues as well. 24/7 water and electricity supply available. Local transport facilities were easily available near by the society.
Things need improvement
People over there are really bad and torturing to tenants and tenants are treated differently and many people just come to fight over if any issue arises. There is no swimming pool in the society. Security staff also does discimination between owners and visitors.

Connectivity is really good, and the environment is open and peaceful. The managing committee is commendable as they have taken on all the responsibilities left behind by the builder, such as trying to construct amenities for the residents. Parking is ample, and the units are spacious.
Things need improvement
The developer of this society has dissolved all their services, and the builder has failed to deliver all the promised facilities. Currently, there are no amenities available, and the builder is also not providing NOC to the residents.

Connectivity is great,like schools hospitals are near by the apartment. attentive managing commitee to resolve issues of the residence. alloted parking has been provided.

Sometimes we face traffic issues outside the apartment but it is versitile. as such society is working smoothly and everything in the society is perfect.
