Good things here
The construction quality is excellent, with spacious flats. My hall is large, and balconies offer a good view without congestion. There are no leakages on walls; rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. The location is convenient, with a bus stop, supermarkets, and grocery stores within 500 meters. Street lights and ample parking spaces are available. Amenities include a walking track, badminton court, children's play area, gym, swimming pool, and community hall. Maintenance is efficient, with daily cleaning and regular garbage collection. Water and power supply are reliable, and the lift is in proper working condition. The people are friendly and communicate well with each other.
Things need improvement
The road condition within the society is poor, posing challenges for residents. Immediate attention is required to address this issue and ensure safe and convenient transportation.

The cement used in construction has led to weak structural integrity within this society. Additionally, periodic cleaning is neglected, affecting hygiene and maintenance standards adversely. Addressing these issues is imperative.

Nothing to really criticize about the project. Mantri Pinnacle has everything in so reasonable budget. You will love ambiance of project. So much greenery and open space for walking. Excellent gym for ultimate fitness and then relaxation. Neighborhood is very peaceful and safe for walking and everything in close reach from shopping mall to school and market along with hospital and supermarket. 15 Minutes Drive To Electronic City via NICE Corridor and is also close to top IT companies. The best is its close proximity to Jayanagar and JP Nagar. Overall, the project is worth to look upon and long-term investment.

Was pleasantly surprised with opportunity to buy home in such central location of Bengaluru within my budget. So happy to find that metro station is close-by. Can travel anywhere without hassle. Safe area to explore with good power supply. Road is wide but sometimes there is water logging. Society maintenance impressive and builder construction is very high quality. I liked amenities like table tennis, outdoor party area, open amphitheater and digital gaming zone. I am yet to work on the interior of my 3BHK flat which is spacious enough to work on. There is a good space for parking and also there are some rich amenities.
