Parking space of the apartment was quite big and allocated parking has been provided.society is neat,clean and hygenic.security system was good.

Amenties are the drawback of the society as such mordern amenities has not been introduced

The society is equipped with a high-level security system that effectively restricts entry of stray dogs, ensuring safety for residents. The garden and park areas are well-maintained, offering a beautiful and clean environment for everyone to enjoy. Cleanliness standards are top-notch throughout the society, enhancing the overall living experience.
Things need improvement
The build quality of the apartment is below standard, with prevalent issues of leakage and seepage. Furthermore, essential amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are not available within the society.

There is no traffis around the society road.maintainace facilities are great.no lekage and seepage issue in the apartment.amenities are very well maintained.

Power back up facilities like solar panel,generator has been provided but there are some charges taken from the resident according to units used.

Good things here
Rooms very quite spacious.connectivity was good,cabs autos were available easily.society was very much neat and clean.garden area was beautiful.build quality was great.lifts were very well maintained.

There was no dedicated space for the parking ,but some space has been provided to park the vehicles.swimming pool and club house was not provided

Managing committe is attentive to resolve issues.plumber,electricians are provided quickly ,if requires.garden area is very beautiful.society is very well maintained.24/7 water and electricity supply.

No unity amongs the resident,managing commitee is so careless about the water tank flows.podieum of the society has cracks.amenities like swimmimg pool ,club house,kids play area,garden,gym is not there in the apartment.

Platinum Heights is located in prime locality. Supermarket is also nearby to the project. Lift facility is available in this project. Rent options are available for 1BHK &3BHK.

From Platinum Heights connectivity is very accessible. There are nearby many renowned schools, colleges. The view from the flats are beautiful. All modern amenities and facilities are available within the premises like clubhouse, swimming pool and power backup.
