Good things here
I like the thing that schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. Each resident has individual parking available and public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs are easily accessible. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste is a plus. There are no seepage or termite issues, and the presence of CCTV cameras and a security guard makes me feel secure.
Things need improvement
There are some electricity issues because the incoming power isn't sufficient to run heavy appliances like a fridge. The lack of a tap in the balcony causes problems for using the washing machine. The gym is small, and the maintenance manager can be a bit rude and unapproachable when we bring up issues. The committee members could also be more approachable.
