Good things here

Classic Exotica has great facilities in terms of buses, autos, cabs like uber, ola and indrive are easily and very efficiently available near the society. The area is extremely safe for children as their is rush so people are available everywhere which creates a sense of safety for the children. The play area has a lot of rides for young children to play on. There is a tennis court also available which is used and teenagers and adults. Railways station is located at just 10 mins distance which becomes very conveient for the residents in travelling to various places. The airport is also present. Highways have been built and functioning. Ventilation and sunlight is extremely important for the society which is very well supplied in that area. A lot of events and functions are conducted frequently by the commitee members which makes the environment very cheerful and fun lovingand most importantly happy. read more

Things need improvement

There is a major problem of seepage in the area. Waterlogging in the basement is also very common during monsoons. Fire exits are not present in the society only fire extinguishers are there. The resident is not at all aware about the ricter scale magnitude of earthquake which is an issue to be concerned about. read more

The construction quality in the society is notably poor, leading to occasional issues such as seepage, leakage, and problems with plaster. Additionally, the society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids. read more

Good society there's a great school nearby, and hospitals are easy to reach. You'll find ample parking space available. Plus, there's backup power, ensuring no electricity shortage, and you won't face any water shortages either. The area is clean and well-maintained. read more

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Society is safe for kids and women. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are not available in the society. Visitor's parking is available in the society. Garden is available. Highway is nearby the society. read more

Autos and buses are easily available. I have my own vehicle, but I also use public transport. Sufficient parking space is available. There are wide roads outside the society. Garbage collection is done daily and segregation is practiced. Flats are well-ventilated with sunlight coming in. read more

No one has pets. The society is not pet-friendly. There are no modern amenities, only a small garden. read more
