Good things here
Classic Exotica has great facilities in terms of buses, autos, cabs like uber, ola and indrive are easily and very efficiently available near the society. The area is extremely safe for children as their is rush so people are available everywhere which creates a sense of safety for the children. The play area has a lot of rides for young children to play on. There is a tennis court also available which is used and teenagers and adults. Railways station is located at just 10 mins distance which becomes very conveient for the residents in travelling to various places. The airport is also present. Highways have been built and functioning. Ventilation and sunlight is extremely important for the society which is very well supplied in that area. A lot of events and functions are conducted frequently by the commitee members which makes the environment very cheerful and fun lovingand most importantly happy.
Things need improvement
There is a major problem of seepage in the area. Waterlogging in the basement is also very common during monsoons. Fire exits are not present in the society only fire extinguishers are there. The resident is not at all aware about the ricter scale magnitude of earthquake which is an issue to be concerned about.

Good things here
The society benefits from good connectivity with nearby public transport options such as autos and cabs. Local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are conveniently positioned nearby. It is well-maintained, ensuring proper hygiene standards with punctual garbage collection and pest control. Residents are known for their friendliness and cooperative spirit, actively participating in cultural festivals and events together.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is notably poor, leading to occasional issues such as seepage, leakage, and problems with plaster. Additionally, the society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids.

Good things here
Good society there's a great school nearby, and hospitals are easy to reach. You'll find ample parking space available. Plus, there's backup power, ensuring no electricity shortage, and you won't face any water shortages either. The area is clean and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Society having basic amenties there is no swimming pool and gym in the society

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Society is safe for kids and women. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are not available in the society. Visitor's parking is available in the society. Garden is available. Highway is nearby the society.
Things need improvement
The only issue in the society is the power backup; everything else is excellent, as I have already mentioned in the likes.

Good things here
Autos and buses are easily available. I have my own vehicle, but I also use public transport. Sufficient parking space is available. There are wide roads outside the society. Garbage collection is done daily and segregation is practiced. Flats are well-ventilated with sunlight coming in.
Things need improvement
No one has pets. The society is not pet-friendly. There are no modern amenities, only a small garden.

From lush green spaces to state-of-the-art recreational facilities, every aspect is designed to enhance the quality of life. Classic Exotica Society stands as a testament to excellence in community living, where connectivity, maintenance, and amenities converge to create an unparalleled living environment. CCTVS are installed all around the premises and ensures safety of the people. Electricity and water supply is there for 24 hours. Swimming pool, plaay ground and clubhouses are present over there and functioning efficiently.
Things need improvement
It's disheartening to witness the lack of attention to detail in the construction quality of Classic Exotica Society. From shoddy craftsmanship to subpar materials, it seems like corners were cut at every turn. Homeowners are left dealing with constant repairs and maintenance issues, hardly the luxury living experience they were promised. It's a shame that such a prestigious development falls short in delivering on its quality promise.

The rooms at Classic Exotica are spacious in comparison to other adjacent housing complexes, and the layout provides one of the best values for the money in the area. The cleaning of the communal spaces, however, requires greater attention.

It is located near the end of the road (before Nawzish Chowk), which grows narrower as you travel. There is also an entrance from Kumar Prithivi road, however, the road is not maintained.

Inside the Classic Exotica project, there aren't many open spaces, but there are still enough for fun. The contractors fulfilled their promise to provide the amenities. an excellent setting for family life.
