Ireo provides excellent facilities to promote overall physical well-being, including a well-maintained gym, tennis court, mini football turf, and courts for table tennis and squash. The maintenance staff provided by the society is top notch, they make sure the place is neat and hygenic. People living nearby are friendly in nature too.
Behind the beauty of this society lies a significant issue: delivery people face long waiting times, often standing in line for hours, which wastes a lot of their time. Entry is still recorded manually, whereas most places now use mobile apps for this purpose.

Connectivity was top notch. Cleanliness was proper. Social life was great. Festivals were celebrated together.
Mobile network connectivity was very poor in the society. Pollution was also a major issue.

Cab services were available. Maintenance is fine, with a reliable water supply and no water logging issues. The construction quality of the building is good, with no seepage and termite issues. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and a play area for kids are provided. People are overall friendly, and festivals are celebrated nicely.
Transportation connectivity is not up to the mark as there are no public transport options available.

Connectivity is excellent, with auto cabs and metro facilities easily accessible around the society. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, kid's play area, and gymnasium are available within the society. Neighbors are supportive and helpful, contributing to a positive living experience. The society maintains cleanliness through daily garbage collection, and the security system�is�reliable.
Maintenance facilities are below average and require improvement. The clubhouse is poorly maintained and in a dilapidated condition. There are widespread issues of leakage and seepage throughout the building that need urgent attention�and�fixing.

Additionally, the amenities, including a gymnasium, clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, and sports grounds, are not only well-maintained but also provide a luxurious environment for the community. This combination of facilities makes Ire Sky on a desirable place to live.
The monsoon season brings about a flooding issue in the area. There is a perception that the maintenance fee is too high, possibly considering the challenges faced, and the atmosphere is described as cool, which could be a positive aspect for some residents.

Due to the tall buildings in the society, there is a lot of issues with the mobile network. Mobile network is not available and outside the society autos buses is not available.

Cabs aajata hai bulane pe. Roads are wide enough outside the society. Power suppply & water supply is satisfactory. Painting & waterproofing bhi ho raha hai society mein. Amenities are all there, gym, clubhouse, openspace & playground for children to play. Enough parking space, sabko 2 parking area allotted hain. Neighbours are cooperative & friendly in the society.
No transportation & connectivity near the society, If aapke paas apna personal vehicle hai toh its very good, otherwise its not convenient for public transport. Running auto and buses nahi milta hai. metro bhi nahi hai paas mein. Seepage ka issue hai kahi kahi.

Security measures such as gated entries, CCTV surveillance, and boom barriers for cars ensure resident safety. Security guards are stationed at each entrance, and background checks are conducted for domestic help. Maintenance is impressive with timely repainting, and the society enjoys 24-hour water and electricity�supply.
The build quality is considered decent and average, although there have been issues in the past which the management committee has now resolved. However, there are ongoing concerns about the maintenance of the swimming pool service, which is outsourced to a third-party provider and is costly for residents without providing adequate utility. Power backup facilities are available only for common areas within�the�societies.
