Additionally, the well-equipped community hall and playground make this a comfortable and secure place to call home.

The apartment complex is grappling with a severe pest problem, as cockroaches and rodents are causing significant discomfort for residents. Moreover, the noise levels can become unbearable due to thin walls, and parking poses a major inconvenience with limited spots leading to vehicles being parked on the street. The maintenance issues, particularly with elevators and common areas like the gym, require urgent improvement, and the management's lack of responsiveness to tenant complaints is disappointing and needs to be addressed promptly.

Good things here
Living in Panchvati Apartment is great because it's so convenient. We've got everything we need nearby�shopping malls, offices, and restaurants are all within easy reach, which makes life a lot easier. Plus, the complex itself is really nice. It's well-kept, and there are loads of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and playground, so there's always something to do. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live.
Things need improvement
One big issue is pests�cockroaches and rodents are a real headache, and despite complaints, the management doesn't seem to do much about it. The walls are so thin that noise from neighbors can drive you crazy, making it hard to relax. Parking is a hassle too, with not enough spots, so we end up having to park on the street, which isn't safe. Plus, there are maintenance issues with elevators, and common areas aren't kept clean, which adds to the overall feeling of neglect in the complex.

The location is super convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, offices, and restaurants. The complex is well-managed and offers great amenities like a gym and swimming pool. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-designed, and the management is responsive, which makes living here comfortable.

The water quality was a significant concern. It wasn't suitable for consumption due to impurities and contamination with sand and gravel.

Moreover, the location is perfect, with easy access to shopping malls, offices, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for daily needs.

The walls are so thin that noise from neighbors can be really annoying. Parking is a headache too, with not enough spots, so we end up parking on the street, which isn't great. Worst of all, the management doesn't seem to care much about fixing problems. Stuff like water leaks and maintenance issues take forever to get sorted out.
