This society is located in Sector 66. Despite being an older one, it offers all amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse.
There might be slightly issues with connectivity in this area.

The society is well-built and maintained, with a nearby market offering a variety of shops. It's easy to get around with good connectivity, and finding transportation like cabs or auto rickshaws is convenient. If you have pets, it's a great place for them too. Power backup is reliable, and there's a gym equipped with basic exercise gear. Security is tight as it's a gated community. An app alerts residents when guests arrive. The clubhouse offers amenities like swimming pool for adults and kids, a gym, indoor play areas, and various games. The clubhouse restaurant serves delicious food and there's also a library.
The society has some problems with Seelan walls, and the maintenance team isn't doing a good job overall. Parks, buildings, and roads aren't well maintained/hygienic, Visitor parking is limited, and there's no commercial area in the society. The swimming pool and club are just average in terms of maintenance.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house,park, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Water supply issues are not faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. CCTV is available. Lift is available and maintained properly. Parking space is available. Street dog issues are not faced.
Metro connectivity is not nearby the society. The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Traffic issues are faced outside the society.

With good construction quality evident, this location proves to be a promising and desirable place to reside.
Not having buses or metro nearby is a big problem. But having a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse is nice. It's not good that there's no community hall or shops close by. This makes it hard to have gatherings and get everyday things. Overall, even though there are some good things, not having important places nearby makes this area less appealing.

The social environment is vibrant with cooperative people. Covered parking space is provided, and there is no air pollution or traffic congestion.

It was convenient to find auto-rickshaws nearby whenever needed. The society was well-maintained, ensuring reliable water and electricity supply. The swimming pool, clubhouse, and parks were all excellently maintained, providing great amenities for residents. And to top it off, everyone in the society was really friendly and nice.
It was quite challenging to catch buses or the metro near our place, which made commuting difficult. Additionally, every building had issues with water leaking, and the park was small and not well-maintained, which made it hard to enjoy outdoor activities. Overall, these factors made it difficult to live comfortably in our neighborhood.
