Good things here
Public transport was easily accessible from the society. Water was available 24/7. The society had all modern amenities. Cleanliness was up to the mark. Residents were cooperative. The lifts were maintained. Maintenance charges were justified. Security was efficient.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society were not maintained, and there was an issue of waterlogging during the rainy season. There was a problem of seepage in my flat.

Good things here
Amenities like swimming pools, gym, kids' play area, party hall, and maintenance care are available. Connectivity via cabs is convenient if we book an apartment. Maintenance care is reasonable. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Cleanliness in the society is very good. We can celebrate every festival in the society, making it very enjoyable. Green areas in the society are very good. There is a party hall available. Hospitals are nearby, with municipal hospitals also present. Parking areas are very spacious.
Things need improvement
There are no visitor parking spots yet; they should be established for easier access. Public transportation is available within a 1-2 km radius, which is convenient. However, there are no metro stations nearby. Offices are located quite far away, requiring a 2-hour journey daily, which is not very efficient.

Good things here
I used to live in this society, and I had no issues at all during my stay. The connectivity is great; Ola and Uber do not cancel rides, and the railway station airport, malls, and hospital are not far away. The society has all the amenities like a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouses, and they are all in perfect condition. Maintenance was always handled well with no problems with the lift, cleaning, garbage collection, or general upkeep. The construction quality was excellent with no seepage, leakage, cracks, or termite issues. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to live.
Things need improvement
I really had no dislikes about living in this society. Everything was well-maintained and convenient. I had a very positive experience during my time there.

Good things here
The place is great to live. There is clubhouse with two badminton courts, 1 lawn tennis court, for kids the area is different, and around 1. 2 acres of area is invested for this. There is swimming pool, gym. The connectivity is great as well, all the transportation is easily available from here. no issues with any leakage/seepage. The market area is nearby, people are nice and friendly, everything is well and great

The society boasts well-maintained green spaces. Maintenance charges are reasonable, offering good value. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and meticulously maintained. The construction quality is very good, ensuring there are no issues with seepage or leaks.
Things need improvement
There is noticeable traffic noise outside the society, and ongoing construction in the surrounding area contributes to pollution.

Good things here
The residents live peacefully as the society is cooperative and quick in decisions and actions. The society arranges various activities, exhibitions etc from time to time. Even the mandatory/important documentation procedures like Voter ID registration, Property tax etc are arranged in the society regularly.
Things need improvement
I have never stayed in the flat, hence did not face any problem as such but noticed that sufficient Covid precautions in 2020 & 2021 were taken and the residents helped each other during the crisis.

Good things here
I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. At that time, connectivity was good, especially near the railway station, and cabs were readily available at any time. Residents never faced issues with water, and amenities like the gym and pool were accessible for everyone to enjoy. One of the notable aspects of this society is that people always helped each other, and there was a strong sense of community. Additionally, the society had good security measures in place.
Things need improvement
I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. At that time, the main issue I had was that the flats were congested and not built properly, with limited space available.
