Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, badminton courts, football courts, and kids' play areas are easily accessible and well-maintained in the society. Connectivity via cabs and autos is readily available within walking distance in the nearby busy society, and booking is also convenient within the society. The water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Maintenance of lifts is good; if there are any repairs needed, the association resolves them within 24-48 hours. There's a D-mart near the society, and a vegetable market is also available within 100 meters. Hospitals are conveniently located within 500 meters from the society, making it very convenient. Cleaning is very good; they clean frequently, and housekeeping is also very good.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Construction quality is poor, like some plumbing issues in the society; there's a leakage in sinks. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. There is no visitor parking area in the society; visitors have to park outside the society, which is very inconvenient. There is pollution nearby due to some industries, which is concerning. Additionally, there's a pet dog in the society; personally, I'm not fond of pets.

Daily garbage collection, proper cleaning, and painting maintenance ensure a clean and fresh environment. The functioning lift and nearby facilities like bus stops, supermarkets, schools, ATMs, and shopping malls add to the convenience and connectivity of the area. Good road quality, proper street lighting, and well-constructed buildings without cracks indicate a well-developed and safe neighborhood. Moreover, the presence of greenery with trees and plants enhances the overall ambiance and quality of life, contributing to a healthier and more pleasant living or working environment.

Improvement in the parking space within the society is necessary to accommodate the growing number of vehicles and alleviate congestion issues for residents

Construction quality is not good in the society. There are issues like leakage and poor drainage in every block,A-block, B-block, C-block�in the society. The bathrooms are also not good in the flats in the society. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, and other facilities are not available in the society. However, there is no metro available nearby. There are no green areas also in the society.

Cleanliness is prioritized with regular upkeep and efficient garbage collection, keeping the environment tidy. Elevators are well-maintained, and the buildings are constructed with care, ensuring no leaks and excellent ventilation on every floor

Good things here
There's a bus stop less than a kilometer away, and a school and hospital are just a couple of kilometers away. The roads are in good condition, and the streetlights work properly. Parking is ample, and the area gets cleaned daily. We also have dependable water and power supplies. Plus, the area is surrounded by plenty of greenery.
Things need improvement
There are problems with garbage leaking in the area and water seeping through the walls at home. The construction quality is low, and they're charging high maintenance fees.

The view of the hotel is beautiful and the environment is very spacious and airy. transport system is all available in this location. Rooms are simple and not congested.
