Good things here
Connectivity, with readily available cabs and autos within walking distance, is a big plus here. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it affordable for everyone. Public transportation, like buses, is conveniently located within 500 meters from the society, making commuting easy. Hospitals are also within a 1-2 kilometer radius, which is incredibly convenient in case of emergencies. The society boasts well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids play areas. The residents are respectful, and security is top-notch, thanks to the diligent security guards. With maintenance charges around 3500 rupees, it's quite reasonable given the facilities provided. Parking space is ample, and grocery stores and supermarkets are just a short walk away, adding to the convenience of living here.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the swimming pool is currently closed due to water scarcity. Additionally, there are no indoor games available in the society. It's worth noting that there is no metro station nearby.

This society benefits from its prime location just behind the Manyata Tech Park, with several supermarkets conveniently within walking distance. Public transportation options, like bus stops, are easily accessible, and auto cabs are readily available just outside the society. Maintenance is excellent, with daily garbage collection and disposal, 24/7 water supply, and reliable power backups. The building, spanning four floors, boasts good construction quality and ample ventilation within the flats. Amenities such as a small swimming pool, a kids' play area, and ample parking options. The celebration of all the festivals is good.
Things need improvement
People in society aren't following the rules, which is a problem for those who do. Also, the amenities like the swimming pool aren't great; it's too small

Good things here
The gym is spacious and functions well, with everything within walking distance for easy access to bus stops, cabs, malls, groceries, and hospitals. The society is well-maintained, undergoing painting every 5 years. Construction is problem-free, and amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden area are available. The surrounding community is friendly, celebrating festivals like Dussehra, Sankranthi, Ganesh Chaturthi, and Holi.
Things need improvement
There is a need for improvement in addressing water issues, which occasionally disrupt residents' access to this essential resource, highlighting the necessity for infrastructure upgrades to ensure consistent water supply.
