Good things here
All public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible right outside the society, ensuring good connectivity. Nearby, you'll find markets, grocery stores, malls, and restaurants for your convenience. Hospitals are also close by for any medical needs. The area is well-lit with functioning street lights. Seepage and leakage issues are not observed in the flats, indicating good construction quality. My flat is spacious with ample sunlight in all rooms. We have round-the-clock water supply and electricity in the society. Amenities like gardens, walking areas, and play areas for kids are available. Assigned parking spaces are provided. The greenery is well-maintained. Additionally, all amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Living in a society where everything is fine brings a sense of peace and comfort. No improvements are required here; everything is just perfect.

Auto-rickshaws are conveniently accessible nearby, and the metro station is just a short walk away, offering excellent connectivity options. The roads surrounding the society are well-maintained, providing smooth travel experiences. Residents benefit from round-the-clock water availability, and regular garbage collection ensures a clean environment. Thankfully, there are no concerns regarding leakage or seepage, and the flats boast good ventilation with ample sunlight. The friendly atmosphere among residents adds to the appeal, complemented by sufficient parking space and well-maintained lifts.
Things need improvement
The roads leading to our society are currently experiencing considerable traffic congestion, causing inconvenience to commuters. Although our society offers a range of modern amenities, it's worth noting that they may not fully meet the needs of all residents.

Good things here
The society has good connectivity with easily available public transport and well-maintained roads. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry garbage segregation. The market is nearby, and the construction quality is commendable with no seepage or termite issues. Proper ventilation is ensured, and the gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The major issue in the society is the water supply, which is available only in the morning and evening for 2 hours. The electricity supply is sometimes disrupted, though it's manageable. There is no swimming pool. While most neighbours are generally good, a few are quite difficult to deal with. Other than these issues, everything is fine.

Connectivity-wise, the society is good. Public transport is easily available. The construction quality is good, with ample ventilation and sunlight. There are no seepage issues to speak of. There's an adequate supply of water and electricity, and garbage disposal and collection are done on time. All amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and lifts are available in the society.
Things need improvement
In the society, there are no balconies in the flats. People's dependency varies; some are good, while others are not so good. Personally, I don't have much time to interact with others. There's also an issue with parking; proper parking spaces are not allotted.

Good things here
Bus, car, and train connections are excellent. The cleaning, rubbish collection, and elevator maintenance are all completed and maintained in a very hygienic manner. The flat is well-built, with no seepages or leaks.
Things need improvement
There is only one Wi-Fi broadband vendor of Jio only, no other vendors are available or provides services. Network issue is also there as the internet does not work proper there is a fluctuation signal.

There is slum area near to the society due to which residents have to face traffic issue. as per her " approach rode pe slum area hai vaha pe traffic ka issue hota hai. and " BMC ka kam chalu raheta hai us ke wajaha se bhi traffic jaam hota hai. " no metro station near to the society. all local transport available near to the society therefore connectivity is plus point of the society. there is no banquet hall in the society.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of local trains, autos and rikshaws. Market areas are also available nearby. Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory, with proper Hygiene being maintained. Construction quality was also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like swimming pools was available. Neighborhood was friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
After understanding all the aspects related to society atmostphere, not many dislikes could be interpreted though there were some water shortage related issues.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is good as autos and cabs are easily available but we do not have metro around the society. maintenance of the society is also perfect as there are no issues related to the construction quality of anything of that sort. there is a proper supply of water and electricity. the society's maintenance staff is also very active as the keep the society neat and clean all the time and proper garbage collection is done at regular intervals. all amenities are available within the society itself like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, playgrounds, etc.
Things need improvement
Machhar bohot hai us area mein. there is a dumping area near the society toh us vajah se machhar hai yahn and that area smells bad. constructions are going around society so pollution and dust bohot zada hai.

Good things here
Local market,Auto,cabs are easy to approach near by the society. Bus stand is at walkable distance from the society. Lifts were well maintained,proper collection of garbage in the society. Crowd of the people is good and helpful. All the modern amenities were there in the society and everything was fully functional.
Things need improvement
Society was secure inside the apartment but the concerning part was outside the apartment as in that period of time crime rates has been increase around the society,and there is slum area beside the society which was unsafe and scary for the resident. Constructon quality was below average as fitting of the windows ,doors were not proper and good quality.
