Ola and Uber services are available in the society. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained. The residents are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated. Cleanliness is maintained. The flats have good ventilation and receive ample sunlight. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. read more
In the society, drinking water is supplied by tankers, which results in somewhat high maintenance charges. Autos are not available near the society; one has to walk 1 km to get an auto. read more

APJ College, Poona Institute of Science and Kantilal Khinwasara B.Ed College are some colleges nearby. Ample parking space with good connectivity along with all the facilities available nearby are few plus points of this project. Safety of the residents is important and taken well care. There are no problems related to power or water supply. Everything is available at a walking distance. Nice parks, jogging tracks, well developed roads and houses are few other major advantages. read more
