Good things here

Elevators are installed and maintained, and a security guard is available. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage issues and proper ventilation. Regular garbage collection, reliable electricity supply, parking space, and amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, taking care of each other. There is good connectivity with easily available public transport like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are good, and a hospital and market are nearby.

Good things here

Ola and Uber services are available in the society. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained. The residents are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated. Cleanliness is maintained. The flats have good ventilation and receive ample sunlight. There are no issues with leakage or seepage.

In the society, drinking water is supplied by tankers, which results in somewhat high maintenance charges. Autos are not available near the society; one has to walk 1 km to get an auto.

APJ College, Poona Institute of Science and Kantilal Khinwasara B.Ed College are some colleges nearby. Ample parking space with good connectivity along with all the facilities available nearby are few plus points of this project. Safety of the residents is important and taken well care. There are no problems related to power or water supply. Everything is available at a walking distance. Nice parks, jogging tracks, well developed roads and houses are few other major advantages.

EuroSchool, The Good Samaritan School and Infant Jesus High School are some renowned schools in the locality. Public transport is very good, there is no problem and there are markets, restaurants, shopping malls nearby. Good building quality of comes as well the maintenance is done on time without any lag. The management is support and gives resolution on time. The schools, colleges are also near. There are no traffic jams hence cabs also reach here on time. The nearest railway station is the biggest advantage of staying here.

Great Connectivity to this location along with availability of all types of public transport and nice construction done in and outside the homes is what describes this place the best. Lush greenery with good connectivity and high level of safety you can expect here. All the amenities are present inside the society and there is no requirement to go anywhere outside the society still, the colleges, schools, hospitals, malls and other famous educational institutes are nearby. Security is very good and you can leave your senior parents or kids at home without worrying about anything as it secured by the CCTV cameras and professional security guards who actively do verification of the visitors.

High quality construction with impeccable home design from inside as well outside is what describe this place best. The connectivity is so good that you will never face any issues while booking a cab or reaching your destination as there are no traffic jams or snarls. The lush green park, jogging track makes you feel light and fresh. CCTV cameras with security professionals make you feel safer. The public transport is within reach and there is no traffic problem outside and because of this reason cabs arrive at time.

Chapekar Museum, Sardar Borge Fort and Pimpri Chinchwad Science Park are tourist spots in a 6 km radius. It has spacious roads and nicely built homes with complete safety and security. The power and water supply is excellent and you can reach here easily as the connectivity is not an issue. There are many schools and colleges at a reachable distance so, there is nothing to worry about the education of the kids. . Everything is readily available nearby hence, no need to go anywhere else.
