Good things here
Asociation is democratically elected. Systematic functioning & Efficient. Maintenance Charges are kept optimal level and judiciously used. Community has a mix of youth and retired which balances the atmosphere well. Affable & co-operative. Apartment is recently renovated with a contribution of over 125000 from each resident to breath new life. Now it's much stronger, & majestic with new lifts and beautification.
Things need improvement
Proactiveness for social gathering at times become obligatory. At times to gain consesnus lot of time is lost & certain things though important gets overlooked Eg: small retail outlet in complex etc
