Good things here
I've seen positive changes in our society recently. Schools and malls are nearby, roads are wide with one-way access. Maintenance has improved, addressing issues like seepage and plaster falling. Walls were repainted recently, and elevators are available throughout. We have parks, a clubhouse, and a swimming pool. Festivals are celebrated together, and there are regular community events. Security has notably improved since management changed.
Things need improvement
Currently, we have no issues in the society. Previously, under the builder's maintenance, we faced problems with seepage and plaster falling. Since then, these issues have been resolved, and the society is problem-free.

Good things here
The location of the society was nice as metro station was very near to the society. There were a lot of food joints and restaurants nearby along with daily needs shops, pharmacy, supermarts.
Things need improvement
There were seepage and leakage issue during the rainy seasons in the lobby and inside the flat premises. As the society was located on the mainroad constant traffic chaos was present. It wasnt safe for yound kids as constant movement of vehichles was there.

its located on main road neaby sector 76 metro station and you can find everything nearby like playschool grocery shop medical store clinic and malls
Things need improvement
maintainance is bit costly as per market standard traffic is issue infront of society commercial shops are not good if we compare with other societies nearby

Good things here
All the amenities like gym swimming pool clubhouse are available in the society and the construction quality of the society is�also�very�good as the building are strong no plaster falling issue is faced till yet.
Things need improvement
There should be greenery in the society, the greenery is a little less and there should be a service lane outside the society, because if the main road starts directly outside the society, it is not safe for�the�children.

Good things here
The society is very well maintained as CCTV cameras are installed and hygeine has been taken into consideration. People are helpful and all the festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Leakage during rainy season very the most common issue followed by water logging and seepage inside the buildings.

The maintenance part of the society is decent and the connectivity is also not an issue as residents can easily use public transport near that location, people living in the society are aslo very friendly and cooperative, construction quality is also very ggod and the society is very safe for women and there is no issue related to security as well.

Good things here
This was the first project by the builder so the construction quality of the building is very good. The connectivity of the society is very good as there is metro station within 1 km radius and market at walking distance and school, hospital within a radius of 3 to 4 km

All amneties are present in the society but the garden is bit small and this effects the look of the society

Near by mall, metro , bus stop . facilities are there like swimming pool, club house, gym are there .

On rainy season basement are loging with water , drainage issues are also there . construction quality is very poor . there is issue of street dogs .

This society is in central area of noida where everything is available & connectivity is nice like public transport, metro, market area, malls etc are nearby the society. Clubhouse is also here in the society.
Things need improvement
The consrtuction quality of the society needs to be improved in the society , mainly the structure of the building ,painting not done in society building from a long time, poor quality plaster used for constuction.
