On the downside, the constant construction delays are a major frustration, as the builder keeps changing the completion dates. This uncertainty causes a lot of frustration among residents who are eagerly waiting to move in or rent out their properties. Additionally, the lack of community engagement and inclusive celebrations leads to a sense of isolation among residents.
