Good things here
The community is characterized by friendly residents who respect each other's privacy, contributing to a safe and peaceful environment. Connectivity is excellent, with a school bus stop and medical shops within 500 meters. The road quality is good, complemented by functional street lights and ample parking space. Amenities such as a squash court, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and garden enhance the quality of life. Maintenance is well-managed, with daily cleaning and garbage collection. Additionally, there is a reliable water and power supply, and the lift is in good working condition.
Things need improvement
In their society, pollution presents significant challenges, adversely affecting health, ecosystems, and the environment. Urgent action is imperative to mitigate these effects and secure a sustainable future for all.

Good things here
Water availability is very good in the society compared to other apartments. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Amenities like kids' play area, swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available and well-maintained in the society. Overall maintenance is very good in the society.
Things need improvement
Hospitals are available around 4-5 kilometers away from the society, which is very inconvenient. There is no metro station near the society, and there is no visitor parking area in the society. Construction quality is not good; there are external cracks in the building.

Compact and helpful people. Close to metro and all necessary amenities like schools ,hospitals,super markets and other such necessities.

No swimming pool. So apt for ONLY those who can do away without this amenity.

It is the best luxurious apartment compared to others and it is expertly designed by utilizing the modern technologies. There is also a huge parking space and all basic things are available in the area.
