Good things here
I lived in Agripada for one year as a tenant in Nilgiri housing society. That's the 18floor building. The society has cleanliness, nearby market which will fulfill all ur daily requirements, a nearby post office and the Agripada Police station that's why the crime rate is almost negligible there and hence the safest society I've seen. Talking about the environment, there's wide well lit roads with less traffic and fresh air and least power cuts. Though I used to face some problems with respect to water supply because I live at 18th floor. My rent used to 25k(basic) + gas bills + light charges. The gas pipelines already available in the kitchen which I liked the most to avoid monthly cylinders wieght and charges. So yes Agripada is a perfect society for someone to live near Mumbai Central railway station and to live safe, healthy life. read more

There's no such dislikes though but i used to face some problems regarding water supply because I live at 18th floor. During summer season, the ceiling used to be very hot that you'll require an AC/ room coolers for that. The market with respect to grocery n all is good but for shopping you need to go to bandra linking road or colaba couswcousway . read more
