Good things here
The maintenance services are excellent, and cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained in a timely manner. The society boasts excellent connectivity, with public transport options like autos, buses, and cabs easily accessible within walking distance. Nearby, you'll find local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores for added convenience. Plus, the society is conveniently located just 1 km away from railway and metro stations. Overall, the people in the society are friendly and sociable, adding to the community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
In this society, residents are responsible for their own in-house maintenance as the society does not take any responsibility in this regard. The quality of the walls is not satisfactory, as the construction seems to be weak, with plaster coming off easily. Additionally, there are no amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or play area for kids available within the society.

Good things here
I moved out of this community around two years ago. During my time there, I experienced excellent maintenance facilities. Efficient waste management systems. There were no major complaints from residents, as the maintenance team was very active. Within a 3km radius of the community, there were numerous international schools, supermarkets, medical stores, and restaurants, all easily accessible. Additionally, the community offered great amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, play areas, and badminton courts. The architectural design was also impressive, with each tower consisting of 21 floors, and each floor accommodating four flats. Multiple towers were present within the community.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of this community is not great due to the lack of nearby public transportation options such as bus stops and metro stations. Additionally, there are occasional leakage issues.

This society is well placed on 2 side of the road, with the front entry facing Sector 74 and the back entry facing Sector 79. There are 2 metro stations nearby Sector 76, and Sector 101. The roads are quite wide with FNG expressway approx 500 mtrs away. Once developed, the travel to Faridabad and Ghaziabad will reduce considerably. All the flats in the society are 2 side open with well ventilated balconies. The central park is very big, open and good enough for holding multiple functions during the year. The club is very well maintained and managed in excellent condition. The maintenance staff is cordial, and responds on time.
Things need improvement
The build quality could have been better, the balconies could have been bigger. There is a big rift going in the AOA for the last 2 years which is delaying the society development and overall maintenance.

Additionally, CCTV surveillance is in place throughout the area to ensure the safety of residents.

Sometimes the lifts are not well-maintained and functional. Cleaning does not meet the expected standards. The construction quality is poor, resulting in leakage and�seepage�issues.

Cleanliness me jo neeche ground hai woh saaf rehta hai. Garbage collection wale roz aate hain. Connectivity is very good, aas paas metro hai paas mein , hospitals hai aas paas mein , malls are also there. Facilities are there like swimming pool, clubhouse & gym and that is very nicely maintained.
Things need improvement
Society mein aane ke liye jo U-turn hai uske liye 700-800 metre aage jaane padhta hai. If you are coming from spectrum side to Hyde park toh yeh traffic problem hogi. Cleanliness me jo tower ke oopar wale floors ki cleaning kabhi hoti hai kabhi nahi hoti. Agar bulb kharab hai ghar me toh woh kehte hain we will only exchange , saman khud lana padhta hai. Pipe blast hota rehta hai usually kahi na kahi ka society mein. Top notch maintenance nahi hai.
