Furthermore, the maintenance charges were relatively high, ranging from 5000 rs to 8000 rs depending on the flat size.

The public transport is within reach and there is no traffic problem outside and because of this reason cabs arrive at time. The construction is of high level and does not require much maintenance still the roads as well taken care and clean.
