Water facilities are good in the society, with power backup also available. People are very friendly and cooperative. Public transportation is also nearby, within walking distance. Cabs are also available inside the society. Facilities like grocery stores and markets are within walking distance. Amenities such as a swimming pool, children's park, gym, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.
Charges are very expensive in the society, and the construction quality is also not good. There are some seepage issues in the bathrooms, and resolving the problem takes a lot of time. The railway station is far from the society, approximately 4 kilometers away.

This is a small community consisting of around 20 flats. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with nearby supermarkets, petrol bunks, a few schools, and hospitals all within a distance of approximately 1 kilometer. The construction quality of the society is high, evidenced by the absence of seepage issues and cracks in the walls. Additionally, there is ample parking space available and a dedicated security staff ensuring safety.
I moved out of this community during my time there. One major problem is with maintenance, specifically the limited water supply restricted to fixed timings and the absence of power backup facilities.

N our society, convenience is at our fingertips with easily available cabs and public transportation options right outside our doors, simplifying commuting for residents. Additionally, essential facilities like markets are conveniently located just 20 meters away, offering easy access to daily necessities. However, it's important to note that the maintenance of our lifts is lacking, posing a concern for the safety and comfort of residents. These aspects underscore the need for continued improvement to ensure a seamless living experience for all members of our community.
In our society, while pollution is not a prevalent issue, concerns regarding traffic persist, affecting residents' daily routines. Unfortunately, amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are not available, limiting recreational opportunities for residents. These factors highlight areas where improvements could enhance the overall quality of life within our community, despite the favorable absence of pollution.

People are very soft-heartedand kind in the ommunity. Celebrate every festivsl like a family. Maintainance of lift is good.
There is no clubhouse available in the society. Its unfortunate that there is no gym facility available in the community.

The residents in the society can easily access daily essentials, and there is a nearby bus stop and banks within walking distance.
There is nothing inherently wrong with society; the only thing is that the structure of society is old.
