Good things here
Connectivity with cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book through Ola and Uber. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7, and power backups are also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in an organized and efficient manner. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gyms, table tennis, and a kids' play area, all well-maintained. We can celebrate various festivals like Ram Navami and Krishna Janmashtami. Metro stations are conveniently located near the society, within 500 meters, making transportation very convenient. Public transportation, including buses, is available within 500 meters from the society, adding to the convenience. Maintenance charges are reasonable. There is also a party hall within the society, which is very convenient. A manipal hospital is nearby, around 2-3 kilometers from the society. The greenery in the society is very good and well-maintained. Overall, maintenance charges are reasonable, ensuring a pleasant living environment.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good as the buildings are around 10 years old. There are some external issues in the society, which are very inconvenient, such as plumbing problems. The flush water system is not good in the bathrooms, and there is a bad smell when using the flush, which is quite inconvenient.

The construction quality is commendable, with no visible seepages or leaks noted. We benefit from reliable water facilities and available power backup. Garbage collection is conducted daily, maintaining cleanliness throughout the society. Metro stations are conveniently located within 1-2 km, enhancing transportation options for residents. Nearby hospitals within 2 km provide easy access to healthcare services. Additionally, repainting is scheduled every 5 years, ensuring the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of our society.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges in our society are quite expensive, which can be a concern for residents. Additionally, heavy traffic flow near the society and surrounding areas adds to the inconvenience, impacting daily commuting and accessibility.

Good things here
It is well maintained and cleaned society. The ventilation is great, no issues like seepage, leakage etc. Basic amenities are available like Gym (it's small but good), swimming pool(sometime it has cleanlinessissues but is resolved), clubhouse (it is great). People are friendly and nice here. There is a small grocery shop here which is sufficient for us. We have a rxdx hospital here as well, and Phoenix mall is nearly 2. 5km from here. Overall it is a good livelihood.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is an issue here, no autos are available here I have to book uber always. The bus stand is a bit far like 1. 5km from here so connectivity is a bit problematic here.

Good things here
The maintenance of the entire apartment is very clean, and security, including CCTV cameras, is excellent. Within a 1 km radius, all amenities such as malls, shops, and clinics are readily available, enhancing convenience for residents. write easy english
Things need improvement
The owner failed to pay the deposit for the small flat within the community, causing concerns among residents in the society regarding financial responsibility and adherence to regulations.

Society's connectivity is excellent due to the proximity of schools and hospitals, located within 1 to 2 kilometers. Everything can be easily delivered, including groceries and dairy products, through the Big Basket app. Additionally, there is a spacious swimming pool and ample open area, along with a well-maintained gym within the community. The water supply is reliable, and the surroundings are always kept clean and hygienic.
Things need improvement
The major problem lies near the GRAPHITE INDIA factory, where pollution frequently affects the surrounding environment. Additionally, occasional pipeline issues due to a lack of construction quality.
