Good things here
Residents enjoy access to a wide array of well-maintained amenities, including table tennis, basketball, lawn tennis, squash court, dance classes, yoga room, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children�s play area, community hall, and walking track. Connectivity-wise, we benefit from a convenient location approximately 1 km from essential facilities such as the bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, schools, and hospitals. The road quality is good, with functional street lights and ample parking space available. Maintenance standards are excellent, featuring daily cleaning and regular garbage collection services. We have a reliable water and power supply, and our lifts are well-functioning for residents' convenience. The surrounding community is known for its friendly and cooperative atmosphere, enhancing the overall living experience in our neighborhood.
Things need improvement
Our community faces challenges with accessibility, making it difficult for residents to efficiently reach essential services and amenities. There is a clear need for improved transportation and infrastructure to address these issues and enhance convenience for everyone in the neighborhood.

Good things here
The greenery of the society is very good, and the locality is excellent. Maintenance is very good, especially the water facilities, which are excellent, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is very good, with both wet and dry waste being collected separately. Personal security is excellent. The parking area is very secure, and there is visitor parking available. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and are very enjoyable for the kids in the society. The security of the society is very good and it is very safe.
Things need improvement
In the morning, taxis and autos are not available in the society, which is very inconvenient. The construction is poor, with some seepage and leaks in the society. There are repairs needed in the sports play area of the society. There is a traffic issue outside the south side of the society.

Though the project is well connected in the heart of the city, there is a lot of traffic jams during peak hours. I am not very satisfied with this project and would suggest everyone check other projects before investing in them.

The construction is in full swing and the project is well connected to the heart of the city. Markets and malls are also easily accessible from the residential complex. I am highly satisfied with my investment and hope to start the project soon.

Provident Park One is very convenient and safe for families. It not only offers luxury but also has a splendid environment. The apartment has easy access to the main road and the local vegetable market. It is indeed an unbeatable living experience. I am highly satisfied and will be living here with my family.

It is one of the best projects I have come across. The project is connected to NICE Road. IT hubs are in close proximity too. It offers widespread reach across the city. The project is well maintained and has a high-class social infrastructure comprising schools, colleges, hospitals, banks, and retail stores. The rooms are also designed well to provide premium living. I am highly satisfied with the complex and would recommend this to all.

The location is decent with beautiful surroundings. I purchased an apartment a few days back in this area. The flats are spacious with good maintenance. The ventilation is wonderful with basic amenities. The location is actually in the middle of the city so the ambience feels good. My overall experience was fine. The sales team was very helpful throughout the process. They solved all my queries and guided me all throughout. I am happy to buy a flat and would recommend this.

This locality is preferred as it offers countless educational institutes such as Sadguru Sainath International School, Indus Worldwise School etc. It also houses many renowned companies like HCL Technologies, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, TCS etc.

Since it is a developing locality many apartments have risen on the once empty lands and new shops have been built, thereby increasing the land value rapidly. It is a commercial and residential locality which provides all that you need. The locality has everything a person needs to live in our current society. There are Swimming Pools, Tennis court , Basketball court and other recreational activity areas all around the locality.
