Good things here
The society is great in condition, well maintained building in condition and planned green area.
Things need improvement
All the necessary amenities are not there, gym and shopping complex are located out side the society, and no such space for parking.

Metro connectivity is easily available in this society, area is outstanding and safe
Things need improvement
Cabs and auto connectivity is very slow here, amenities facility is very poor no amenities in this society, there is seepage issue.

Good things here
The people are very nice, and the location of the society is great. It has a lot of greenery and very good connectivity.
Things need improvement
The major issue is the construction quality. Plaster is falling off the walls, and there are problems with water seepage.

All types of amenities were available in the society, such as a swimming pool and gym. The society was also neat and clean.
Things need improvement
I thought the area around the society was very unsafe for everyone due to insufficient lighting.

Govt. controlled society . 10min to go metro, 15min to go bypass,bus station 10 min away . park, open gym is provided inside the society.
Things need improvement
No amenitis like club house,gym,swiming pool, nothing is there. that is one drawback of DDA flats.

Good things here
Every transportation facilities are available very easily like auto , cabs and e-rickshaw, the nearest metro station is at short distance.
Things need improvement
No big space for residents parking in this society it needs to be improved, no amenities here, somtimes water supply do not work properly and the building is also 35 years old.

Location wise committee is very good, connectivity is very good, people in the society are very nice, friendlyĀ andĀ helpful.

Overall the facilities and all the things in this society are very good it is just the maintenance and the issue resolution process can be improved

Connectivity is very fast. nearby all things are avialble like super market,malls , schooland hospital.
Things need improvement
Seepage problem arises on rainy season ,water blokage problem arises on building road side., chain snatching are little hectic.

Connectivity is very easy like nearby bus stop, auto, cabs, public transport are easy to catch.

Sometimes water supply is little bit problematic for us because sometimes the fix time of water coming is not come.
