Additionally, well-maintained roads further enhance accessibility for residents. Residents benefit from the proximity of essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and markets, making daily errands and tasks convenient and hassle-free. Moreover, the construction quality of the buildings is excellent, with no issues such as seepage or termite infestation, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Proper ventilation and quality plaster and fittings contribute to the overall comfort and well-being of residents. Each resident is provided with designated parking, promoting orderly parking arrangements within the premises. The society adheres to rules and regulations diligently, ensuring a harmonious living environment for all residents. Furthermore, regular garbage collection, coupled with segregation of wet and dry waste, promotes cleanliness and hygiene within the community. Residents enjoy uninterrupted access to essential utilities, including 24/7 electricity and water supply, adding to the convenience and comfort of daily living. The neighborhood is characterized by friendly and amiable neighbors who share a strong sense of community spirit, often coming together to celebrate festivals and special occasions. Due to the building's three-floor structure, there are no elevators, which can be inconvenient for residents. Additionally, as the society is small with only 12 members, there are no modern amenities available. However, apart from these limitations, everything else is excellent.

Good things here
The best connectivity is found in cars, taxis, and buses. Regular cleaning and effective rubbish collection are two examples of maintenance services that improve the general upkeep of the housing community. The buildings have good natural light and ventilation, making them comfortable places to live. The neighborhood is renowned for its welcoming ambiance, which promotes a feeling of belonging.

The quality of life is diminished by the absence of basic facilities such as a park, gym, garden, kid's play area, swimming pool, clubs, and parking lots.

Good things here
Festivals being celebrated in good manner. people are friendly. no leakage or seepage issue in the building. Cabs autorickshaw and other local transports are available.
Things need improvement
Metro is there but, no metro station near by it is 500 meter away from the society. no garden swimming pool gym or any modern facilities in the society. No proper parking area available. Maintenance charges are high.

Good things here
Our society is conveniently located with a market, two malls, a metro station, and auto-rickshaws nearby. Fortunately, we haven't experienced any water logging issues. We have both basement and visitor parking available. The construction quality is excellent � no leaks, seepage, or cracks in our flat. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and we have 24/7 water supply. Safety measures like fire extinguishers, CCTV, and security are in place. Neighbors are helpful, and we celebrate events together. A notable aspect is that all residents are Marathi speakers.
Things need improvement
The society lacks amenities like a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and a dedicated kids' play area. Unfortunately, residents don't have access to these recreational facilities within the community. While the absence of such amenities may be a drawback for those seeking additional leisure options within the society, residents might need to explore alternatives outside the community for these specific activities.
