Now Bolarum is residential living hub. All amenities are available. Swimming pool, Gym, Kids play are, Near by international schools and KV Bolarum school.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is well-maintained in the society, and booking Ola and Uber is convenient. Public transportation like buses is easily available within a walkable distance from the society. Colleges and schools are well-maintained within the society. The greenery of the society is very good. Security is excellent, with CCTV cameras available in the society. Garbage collection is very good, with separate collection of dry and wet waste in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is not good, as evidenced by the numerous cracks in the buildings. Facilities such as markets and supermarkets are far from the society, which can be inconvenient for residents.

The security system in this society is exceptional, featuring CCTV surveillance and security guards both inside and outside the premises. Cleanliness is diligently maintained, and residents experience no disruptions in water or power supply. The construction quality is commendable, with no issues of wall leakages, and residents can enjoy amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse.

In this society, the absence of nearby hospitals means residents must travel 5 kilometers to access medical facilities, which can be challenging during emergencies.

Good things here
I moved out of this society around 5 to 6 years ago, but I now reside near the community, approximately 1km away. The positive aspect of this community is that flats are available at prices lower than the market rate. Moreover, the connectivity of the society has significantly improved over time. There is now a school within walking distance and a radius of 1km to 2km, there are schools, hospitals, petrol bunks, an MMTS railway station, and a few supermarkets conveniently located. During my time there, the maintenance facilities were good, with reliable water supply and power backups for common areas. Since the construction is around 13 years old, there are no major seepage issues.
Things need improvement
A significant issue within our community is the presence of segmented committee groups, which negatively impacts the resident's experience.

The environment of the society is peaceful because there is less traffic, and the society's connectivity is good as all daily essentials such as groceries, vegetables, and medical stores are within walking distance. The availability of cabs is excellent. Maintenance is commendable with reasonable maintenance charges and uninterrupted water supply. Amenities such as a children's park, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and play area are available and are very well maintained.

Society faces some minor issues, such as limited power backup options and poor connectivity due to its location a bit away from the main city.

I relocated from this society during my time there. The maintenance was excellent, as we never encountered any water shortage problems, and cleanliness was well-maintained. Additionally, the maintenance charges were reasonable. The society is situated a bit away from the main road, so there is no sound or traffic pollution. There are a few play schools, small grocery stores, and medical shops within walking distance. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, library, and play area are available and well-maintained. Moreover, there is a temple inside the community for resident's convenience.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is not good, primarily due to recurring leakage issues. Additionally, transportation facilities are sometimes challenging due to the limited availability of buses.

I moved out of this society around 2 years ago. During my time there, the residents were friendly, and everyone actively participated in and celebrated various festivals, events, and activities. The maintenance facilities were excellent, including power backup with generator facilities for common areas and lifts. Amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, green spaces, play area, and supermarket were well-maintained for the residents convenience. Additionally, there was a temple within the community premises.
Things need improvement
The main issue was the lack of connectivity. Residents had to travel to Kompally for access to big shopping malls, movie theaters, and multi-specialty hospitals.

This is a well-maintained gated community with around 500 families residing here. Maintenance is good, as residents' complaints and challenges are promptly addressed. Additionally, it is a safe community to live in due to the excellent security and CCTV systems installed throughout the community. Good amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and play area are also available, along with a supermarket and medical shop located inside the community. Additionally, there are a few small schools up to 5th standard and clinics located near the community.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges in this society are quite expensive, and the maintenance facilities are subpar, as the surroundings are cleaned with recycled water. Furthermore, the construction quality is lacking, evident in the presence of leakage issues.
