Nothing to really criticize about the project. Ishtika Agastya has everything in so reasonable budget. You will love ambiance of project. So much greenery and open space for walking. Excellent gym for ultimate fitness and then relaxation.

I liked amenities like table tennis, outdoor party area, open landscape, swimming pool, intercom and car parking. I am yet to work on the interior of my 2BHK flat which is spacious enough to work on.
