Good things here
The greenery is good, with many surrounding trees, and I enjoy evening walks that cover all towers. Location-wise, within 500 meters, there are bus stops, schools, hospitals, and ATMs. The road condition is now good, and street lights are present. Amenities include table tennis, a basketball court, a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, a children�s play area, a walking track, and a party hall. Maintenance is proper, with timely cleaning and garbage collection. There are no issues with water or power supply, and the lift is well-functioning and secure. Construction-wise, it�s good, with well-ventilated rooms. The surrounding people are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Handling staff in the society is difficult, leading to challenges in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication. Improved management strategies and training are necessary to enhance staff performance and cooperation.

Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Construction quality is very good, with no issues of leaks or seepages. Parking facilities are very convenient in the society, with visitor parking available. Cleanliness in the society is very good, enhancing the quality of life. Security at the society is very good and ensures safety. Water facilities are excellent, and there is reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficient and carried out regularly.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is not good in the area; cabs and auto-rickshaws are not readily available, which makes it very inconvenient for booking online. Maintenance charges are expensive, at around 3 rupees per square foot that we are paying in the society. Public transportation, like buses, is not available in the area, which is very inconvenient.

Connectivity via cabs and autos is very convenient if we book using web apps. Water facilities are very good, with reliable power backups available. Garbage collection is excellent; they collect both wet and dry waste efficiently. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, tennis courts, and kids' play areas are well-maintained. People are satisfied with the amenities provided. Parking areas are spacious, with visitor parking available. The greenery around the area is very good. Hospital services nearby are very convenient. Security measures are very good in the neighborhood.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor, with some pests present in the facilities. Maintenance costs are high. There is no public transportation available nearby, which is inconvenient. Traffic is also a problem in this area.

Construction quality is good; there are no issues with leaks or maintenance. This is a newly constructed society, everything is in good condition. Security measures are effective. People are very friendly here.

Public transportation like buses are not very frequent here. The nearest railway station is about 3 kilometers away. Hospitals are available around 3 kilometers from here. Greenery is visible and very convenient

Connected area with easy access if we book Ola or Uber, it's very convenient. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area, all available and well-maintained. Parking arrangements are very accessible; there is visitor parking available. Water facilities are very good, with power backups available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect waste daily without any inconvenience.
Things need improvement
Public transport is not available nearby, which is very inconvenient, because it's a residential area with limited access to bus routes. Roadways are mostly narrow, making the area very inconvenient.

In this society, maintenance is maintained at a high standard, with reliable water supply, power backup, regular garbage collection, and reasonable maintenance charges. Security is robust, with no complaints about elevators and CCTV systems. The society enjoys good connectivity with nearby schools, markets, and grocery stores within walking distance. Several hospitals are located within a 2 to 3-kilometer radius, and transportation facilities such as cabs and buses are readily available. There are no cracks or painting problems, indicating excellent construction quality. Amenities such as the pool, gym, and play area are well-maintained, and all festivals are celebrated as a close-knit community.
Things need improvement
There is no metro station nearby. The nearest metro station is located around 5 km away from the society. Apart from this, there is nothing to dislike about this society.

According to me, this would be the best recommendation for the someone who is looking for an elegant life at very reasonable prices. The creators of this project have provided with a blend of conventional and contemporary art and design in the infrastructure of skyscrapers and the whole campus with lots of major conveniences. The rooms of apartments have enough spaces and are well ventilated. They provide us with the fastest elevator services and have fire extinguishers in each of the lifts. The sector is so prudent and the safety level is best for the families here. I am living with my parents in a 2BHK flat and did not have any major issues till now heeding protection.
