Hospitals are conveniently located within a walkable distance, approximately 300 meters away, and metro stations are also conveniently situated just 200 meters from the society. Additionally, there is a designated visitor parking area available within the society premises. Residents enjoy celebrating every festival together, fostering a sense of family. The water facility is excellent, with uninterrupted availability 24/7, and there's also reliable power backup.

Unfortunately, there are reported cracks on the walls of buildings due to poor construction quality within the society. Furthermore, ongoing metro construction in the city is exacerbating traffic issues, making commuting more difficult for residents.

In this society, around 100 families reside, benefiting from excellent connectivity due to its proximity to a preschool, school, and small shops offering vegetables, fruits, and groceries, all within walking distance. Additionally, a metro station lies just 1. 5km away. Shopping malls, international hospitals, and other essential facilities are also within a 2 km radius of the society. The amenities within the society are top-notch and well-maintained, including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse with a party hall, and various outdoor game options. Monthly maintenance charges amount to approximately Rs. 3000, ensuring the upkeep of facilities such as a reliable water supply, power backup, and thorough cleaning services, the society has vibrant celebrations of festivals with all the residents coming together and enjoying.
I moved out of that society around three years ago, and during my time there, the only issue was with the sewage treatment plant, which wasn't functioning properly. There were also some minor construction quality issues due to aging buildings.

Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. There is a ring road near the society, so transportation access is very good, and there is no pollution around the society. Facilities like grocery stores, medical shops, tea shops, and small restaurants are available between 100-200 meters from the society, which is very convenient.
The maintenance of power backup is not good in the society; it is only available between 6 pm to 6 am, which is very inconvenient. There are no available facilities during the daytime. Maintenance charges are high in the society. Parking areas are congested; there is no visitor parking in the society, so visitors have to park in the garden area.

Adequate parking space is provided, and water is sourced via tanker throughout the year. Daily door-to-door garbage collection is carried out. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, badminton court, table tennis facilities, community hall, and kids' play area are available. The flats boast good ventilation and construction standards.
The availability of Uber and cabs in this society is limited, posing a challenge for residents in need of transportation services. Alternative commuting options may need to be considered.

I used to live there and during my stay, I found everything up to the mark. I had no complaints at all and found each of the facilities to be satisfactory.

Residents have access to various amenities including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and gardens. Maintenance is exemplary, with daily garbage collection and reliable water and power supplies.
Traffic congestion occasionally occurs within the society due to limited road space, especially during peak hours, but overall, it's manageable with residents' cooperation.
