Society is perfect in each and every aspect, if you talk about the parking, the maintenance each and every thing is very top notch

Good things here
There was only one thing that was nice like connectivity there which was better. The metro station, railway station and airport were near the society, hence the connectivity was good.
Things need improvement
The construction quality was very cheap, there was dampness and the sewer connection was very bad, there were a lot of issues and the maintenance services were also not good.

The connectivity of the society is a plus point and the maintenace facilities which have been provided by maintenance department are outstanding

Auto cabs are easily available nearby the society. There are also many hospitals and malls around the area, making connectivity excellent. Maintenance facilities are good, with cleanliness being well-maintained in the society. Safety is ensured with all areas under surveillance and security guards available at each entrance. The construction quality is good, with no leakage or seepage issues in the society, and waterlogging is not a concern during the rainy season. All festivals are celebrated in the society, and people are cooperative and friendly.

Only a few amenities are available in the society, such as a temple, clubhouse, and play area.

Maintenance of amenities and the security system is commendable, with every facility being well-equipped. The society boasts amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and kids' play area, all of which are fully functional. Public transport facilities are conveniently located nearby, ensuring easy accessibility for residents. The community is characterized by its cooperative atmosphere, with many residents being well-educated and decent individuals. Additionally, all festivals are celebrated collectively within the society, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among residents.
Things need improvement
The build quality is poor and unacceptable, with numerous issues such as leakage and seepage problems in the ceiling. Daily cleanliness should be prioritized, which is currently lacking. Additionally, there are people residing near the entrance, setting up tents, which creates an unhygienic atmosphere and is not suitable for living conditions.

Connectivity is excellent, with auto-rickshaws, Ola, Uber, and other facilities readily available near the society. The build quality is also impressive, with no issues like leakage or seepage reported. Fitting-related problems are also non-existent. The residents are cooperative and celebrate festivals together. Maintenance facilities are commendable, with a dedicated team addressing challenges and ensuring daily cleanliness. The security system is reliable, and there is round-the-clock water and electricity supply in the society.
Things need improvement
The metro is far away from the society, and the society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and even a garden area. One major concern is the presence of many liquor shops near the society, leading to issues with public cleanliness as some individuals do not use public toilets and litter the area around the society.
