Good things here
The society has abundant greenery with many trees, creating a beautiful environment. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7. We have reliable power backups as well. Essential facilities such as supermarkets, vegetable markets, salons, cafes, and flower shops are conveniently located within walking distance from our society, which is very convenient for residents. Parking space is ample in our society, and there is also visitor parking available. The city is very clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges in our society are quite expensive. Public transportation options, such as buses, are available approximately 2 kilometers away from our society, which is very inconvenient for residents.

Good things here
Getting around via Ola and Uber is super easy here, and you can easily find auto rickshaws nearby too. Folks in the community are really courteous and take care of things responsibly. We've got water round the clock, and there's backup power too. Garbage collection is on point, and the place is generally clean. They really keep up with maintaining everything well, so no complaints there. Plenty of room to park, and the greenery around here is lush and lovely, making it a nice place to be.
Things need improvement
The maintenance fees are on the higher side here, and parking can be a bit of a hassle with overspills. Traffic is pretty heavy, and the roads could definitely use some better planning; it's quite a headache for us residents to get around smoothly.

Over the past 5 years, I've appreciated the spacious kids' play area and the lush greenery that surrounds us. The water facility is top-notch, and the reliable power backup ensures peace of mind. Inside the flats, excellent ventilation makes for a comfortable living space, while the efficient garbage collection system keeps things clean and tidy with separate waste collection done daily. Having a central mall right opposite the society and a supermarket within walking distance adds to the convenience. It's also a relief to have public transportation, including buses, easily accessible within just 300 meters from the society, making getting around a breeze.

Maintenance charges in the society tend to be on the higher side, which can be a concern for residents. Moreover, the construction quality leaves much to be desired, with reported issues such as seepage in the bathrooms and leakage in the bedroom walls. However, despite these challenges, residents can still enjoy amenities like a clubhouse, badminton court, and table tennis within the society, which may help alleviate some of the inconveniences caused by the construction issues.

Getting around is a breeze here with cabs and auto rickshaws easily available within the society, and you can even book through platforms like Ola and Uber, which is really convenient. There's backup power available in case of any power cuts. People living here are really friendly and respectful. Garbage collection is efficient, with daily pickups at a specific time. Parking space isn't an issue either�it's spacious, with designated spots available for visitors. And when it comes to amenities, we've got it all�swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis and badminton courts, basketball court, football court, and even a kids' play area�all well-maintained for everyone to enjoy.
Things need improvement
The water facility here is not reliable, as it solely depends on tankers, which aren't always of good quality, causing inconvenience for residents. The construction quality is also not up to standard, with minor issues like external cracks in some buildings. Moreover, the maintenance charges within the society are relatively high, adding to the financial burden for residents.
