Good things here
Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area, all well-maintained. People are very friendly. Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within walking distance from the society. The metro is also within 100 meters from the society. Maintenance is good, including water and power backups. Greenery in the society is well-maintained and very good.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor in the fact that the window glass is broken, which is very dangerous for kids in the society. Maintenance should be improved immediately in this society.

Good things here
Ventilation in my flat is proper, and sunlight comes in. The lifts are maintained. The roads outside the society are maintained. Autos, buses, and everything is available nearby, and the metro station is within walking distance. The residents are decent. Water is available 24/7. The society has all modern amenities. There are no issues of leakage or seepage. There is sufficient greenery.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges in the society are a bit high. There are some traffic issues near the society because it's located on a main road, leading to traffic jams.

Good things here
I currently live here and overall it's a good place. Connectivity is excellent with autos, cabs, metro, and the railway station nearby. The amenities like the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, and gym are well-maintained. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe.
Things need improvement
There is a problem with leakage in the washroom, which is concerning. The cleaning, especially in the lift, is quite poor. Despite these issues, everything else about living here is great.

The major advantage of this society is that it is very well-connected to a nearby metro station, and all transportation facilities are available, including buses and cabs. Additionally, schools and hospitals are conveniently located nearby. There are no water problems, and every event and festival within the community is celebrated well.

The main issue is that the society is situated near a main road, and numerous vehicles pass through it, causing disturbance to residents, especially at nighttime.

The amenities, such as the pool, play area, gym, and garden, are well-maintained, and there are no water problems. The maintenance charges are reasonable. Moreover, all festivals are celebrated without any religious bias.

The major issue in this society is that the construction quality is not high, and painting is done only occasionally, which results in minor water leakage problems.
