Good things here
I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. At that time, we resided on the 11th floor of the building. The climate was beautiful, and the society is located a bit away from the main road, so there is no traffic sound, creating a peaceful environment. Connectivity is fine; one hospital is located just 200 meters from the society. Also, there is a good cab facility and a metro station around 3km away. The construction quality is good; I didn't find any cracks, and the amenities are well-maintained. These amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, ample parking, and a play area for everyone to enjoy.
Things need improvement
I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. At that time, the major problem was the lack of a reliable electricity backup option. There were always complaints about electricity issues. Another significant concern was security; the society did not conduct thorough checks on all vehicles entering the premises.

The location of the place is excellent, with a well-kept apartment basement and convenient connectivity to public transport, supermarkets, malls, schools, and clinics nearby. Amenities such as a swimming pool and children's play area are available for residents, making the overall apartment a great place to live.
Things need improvement
Residents in this society occasionally experience seepage issues on the walls, highlighting the need for proactive measures to address and mitigate water damage, ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the premises.

Pride Springfields offers a great living experience. The 3 BHK units are luxurious and the maintenance staff ensures everything is well taken care of. The banquet hall is a great addition for hosting events.

it is going to be a disaster in the rainy season and the reason is the unplanned drainage system that they have made in the property. it is not sufficient enough for the heavy rains not to clog up the road and help the people through the days. I am withdrawing my offer after the site visit and whoever knows the bad rainy days here knows how it can affect our lives.

I am happy with the investment i did in this project. my wife had vistied the place and she is very excited about the way the things are tirning out. i was one of the first hand investors of the place and now i can see i am getting a good value for my money invested.

Some of the major negative factors are the many traffic problems in the road area, as pointed out by the locals. The connectivity at this place is good but at times people are unable to get a car or a bus. The slum areas are located at this location which in my view will affect the feeling of housing. The problem of severe waterlogging during monsoon has been found in this region.
