Good things here
Facing Seetharampalya lake. This is a posh society by brigade group. Well connected with the city via. Kundalahalli main road aka Graphite India road. This society is loaded with lush greenary, beautiful trees and view of the lake. All modern amenities can be found here which are rare in other apartments. A Cricket lawn, 2 tennus court, Fill basketball court. football ground, well maintained manicured gardens, pavements. One of the largest clubhouse with terrace pool and gardens. The lifts are fast and well maintained. Lobby area is very neatly constructed. The construction quality is second to none. There are no nagatives about this soceity

Good things here
Brigade is a well known developer. I shifted from BTM 2nd stage to here due to the amenities, reliabilty of construction quality and yes the view of lake every morning from the balcony. The amenities are plenty, If I count more than 40. I love the green spaces, clubhouse where I can read books during weekends. I am living here with my family, they love this place including myself. Yes the premium paid was worth it.
Things need improvement
The rents are very high here. Too many cultural events putting burden on the residents. Although the celenrstions are frequent, I never attend them due to personal work so I should not be forced to pay for their schedmes.

Good things here
High end society with all amenities ranging from grounds to gardens, from clubhouse to lake view. The connectivity has also improved significantly in lat 2-3 years. You can see people flaunting high end cars. The upper floors gives you a awesome view.
Things need improvement
Being close to Lake and natural setting, insects and you can see staff trying catching rats and sometime snakes. The maintenance charges are high. The connectiity with the main road during peak hours is a challenge

Good things here
Very large society with all amenities inside. The apartments are very spacious with good ventilation and sunlight. The balcony gives fantasitc view of palya lake and surrounding greenary. All major festivals are celebrated with pomp and show. The clubhouse is very convinient for organzing parties,
Things need improvement
BDA vehicles can be seen passing through the society. The management has been handed over by the developer to RWA., the maintenance chages are now higher than before

Infrastructure, Facilities and ambience. The society is well maintained and all the facilities that a person would require.
Things need improvement
Connectivity can be a problem. Since it is located in Whitefield, for people working in areas like Kormangla and HSR it is a log drive with traffic problem.

It has been a life-changing experience for me. So much open space is there and I have been enjoying using all such amenities for first. All basic ATM, facility is there and overall locality is also safe and secure. Only some water gets stuck during monsoon but otherwise area is nice with all grocery stores, and pharmacy nearby. It is nearby and connectivity lifeline for us while going to office. Those working from home will not face any noise disturbance due to peaceful surrounding and good mobile network.

This is one of the best projects I have come across. Known for tremendous versatility in all its endeavors. Pleasant and nice mobile tower. Waterlogging occurs only during the monsoon. The quality of maintenance and construction of the society is good here which is a big relief. Love convenience. It is a safe neighborhood with all the pharmacies, grocery stores, banks, and more. I would give this project a full rating for liveliness.

If you are looking for the good life, you will love a project that has good building construction. Project construction quality and fittings are really nice. The mobile tower network is good for working at home and neighborhood is safe and secure. Some waterlogging happens during monsoons but that is temporary. You will enjoy all good amenities like Swimming Pool, Football, Reading Lounge, High Speed Elevators, Banquet Hall, Sun Deck, Lawn Tennis Court, Amphitheatre and Multipurpose Hall.
