Good things here
3BHK property (1 master bedroom, 1 common washroom and 1 washing area). Garden area outside the house. 24 hours BMC water supply, Gym inside the building (on chargeable basis). Distance of 1 km from Mahim and Matunga railway station. Close to Shivaji Park and City Light market (for groceries, fruits, vegetables etc). Hinduja hospital less than 1 km away

Wide and spacious roads
Low traffic
Metro station nearby
Public transport accessible
No water logging on roads
Low power cuts
Clean & well maintained
