Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available if booked through Ola and Uber. Maintenance is well-managed in the society. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are reliable. Greenery is well-maintained in the society. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with seepage or leaks in the society. Parking areas are spacious in the society. There is a visitor parking area in the society. Recently, the building has upgraded its facilities. Overall, maintenance is very good in the society. People are very friendly and accommodating in the society.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool's maintenance is not good; it's often poorly maintained, with even the tiles not being cleaned regularly. Public transportation stops are available but quite far, around 2 kilometers away. The metro station is very inconveniently located far from the society.

Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are also available in the society. Garbage collection is efficient with daily separate collection of wet and dry waste. Security measures are very good with active CCTV surveillance. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are well-organized. There is a sense of security with manned gates. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good; there are several instances of seepage in the society, which is very inconvenient. There are insufficient parking facilities. Public transportation is available but not very convenient, with a bus stop within 1 km from the society. Hospitals are nearby, approximately 2-3 km away.

Public transportation like buses is available within walking distance in the society. Water facility is very good, power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Security in the society is very good. Greenery in the society is also well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Public transportation like buses is available but they are located around 1 km away from the society. Maintaining the lifts in the society is not good.

Good things here
This is great society with loving people. In front of our apartment you will get Udupi, VIBGYOR school, MKR sports complex, Beauty parlor, GYM., Vegetable shop, Bakery and Grocery shop and FF21. In 200 mtrs you will get JIAN Gyaanoday Mandir, multiple vegetable shops, Medical shops, clinics, parlor, eateries and many more.
Things need improvement
Nothing to dislike. Everything is fine. Only one thing is there, you might get traffic on weekends. Not always though. On positive side if you see, there is a good connectivity towards Varthur, panathur, Sarjapur and Marathahalli. We do not have squash court.

Good things here
The place is good to live. It is a neat and clean and a safe place to live in. The shopping complex is nearby here. the place is fantastic, neighbors are friendly. If we have any issue it is well addressed by the management here. No leakage or seepage or any maintenance issues. There is gym, clubhouse area with membership all is available here. The place is fantastic, neighbors are lovely. If we have any issue it is well addressed by the association here.
Things need improvement
I would give the connectivity 3 out of 4 stars because of the traffic. Traffic is so problematic here. Apart form this the place is good to live, no problem with anything. Greenery is here, ventilation is here, all good.

Good things here
People are friendly and festivals are celebrated. Ventilation is great. Security and parking space are good. There are modern amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and park.
Things need improvement
The road quality is poor which is a great issue for the connectivity of society . There are issues with electricity and there were issues with water in the past but its been resolved now. Leakage and seepage were problems but are now resolved.

Good things here
The society had all modern amenities, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage. The residents were decent and celebrated festivals together. Cleanliness was maintained, and autos and buses were easily accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
There was a bit of a crisis with drinking water in the society, especially in the summers, when water was limited. Additionally, there was a traffic issue near the society.

The abundance of buses and cars helps alleviate transportation issues, while the provision of two additional parking spaces, a swimming pool, and a table tennis area enhances the amenities. The society maintains its premises well, recently painting them, and hosts enjoyable celebration events and stalls.
Things need improvement
During office hours and in the evening, slight traffic issues occur within the society, resulting in minor delays for residents navigating the area. However, the overall functionality remains largely unaffected.

Good things here
The community's people and management are excellent, and everyone is always helpful and friendly. All transportation facilities, such as cabs, auto-rickshaws, and a bus station, are nearby. Everything in this society is superb; there are no problems with maintenance, and there are no issues with construction quality. Residents have never complained about seepage issues, and amenities are well-maintained, including a spacious clubhouse, a hygienic swimming pool, and the community hall for gatherings, which is impeccably maintained, offering an ideal venue for a variety of events and social gatherings within the neighborhood.
Things need improvement
The only drawback of this society is the nearby roads, which are always under maintenance and construction, causing inconvenience for everyone.
